How does radiofrequency work to improve dry eyes and fine lines/wrinkles?
TempSure Envi gradually increases the temperature of the skin for a specific amount of time. This heat triggers the body’s natural reaction to produce new collagen. Over time, these new collagen fibers become more numerous, resulting in tighter skin on the upper and lower eyelid. At the same time, TempSure Envi heats the clogged meibomian glands, improving the tear film that aids clear, comfortable vision and reducing symptoms like redness, burning, tearing, and feeling like something is the eyes.
What can I expect during my treatment?
During your treatment, we apply an ultrasound gel and then gently move the radiofrequency handpiece over your skin, heating the skin to a specific temperature. The skin is then treated continually at this temperature for five minutes. The movement of the handpiece feels similar to a warm stone massage and is very soothing! After the treatment, there is a mild redness to your skin that goes away within 15-20 minutes. Immediately following your treatment, makeup may be applied and you may go about your day with absolutely ZERO DOWNTIME!

Treatments last from 15-60 minutes, depending on the area being treated.
How many treatments are needed?
We create a plan for each individual, but usually recommend that you schedule a series of four treatments to begin and then assess the need for additional treatments after the fourth treatment.
How long does it take to see results?
Instantly! You will walk away from your appointment with a "tighter" feeling to your skin and a natural glow. Over the next few days the "tight" feeling goes away and the skin starts the collagen rebuilding process.
